It
is
almost
impossible

So
it
comes
as
no
surprise
that
the

wanted
premises

leased.
Their
existing
rules
did
not
allow
this
to
happen.
A
new
organisation,
“Maldon
and District Constitutional Club Ltd.”, was now in the making.”
The
date
of
this
decision,
to
form
a
“Club”,
is
uncertain
at
this
time,
as
is
the
name
of
the
previous
organisation.
